The 2-way radio channel normally used by the Subaru 4WD Club is UHF Ch 10.
AM Ch 6 was also used previously, but that is rare these days.

Conversations9; 12-17; 19-21; 24-30; 39 Used for conversations between stations
4WD Users10Generally used by 4WD Clubs and groups
Caravaners & Campers 18Holiday makers and travellers when in convoy and in national parks
Highway Communications40Mainly used by truck drivers and other regular highway users. Language may be rather strong
Emergency Calling5Can only be used in an emergency
Repeaters
Established by Law
1 - 8Used in Duplex Mode to widen the area of communication through a repeater station. Will occupy 2 channels when in use, eg. 1 & 31; up to 8 & 38. Should be avoided unless in an emergency
Data Transmission22 & 23No voice transmissions allowed on these two channels
