It has just been confirmed that Kristin Weidenbach, author of “Rock Star : The story of Reg Sprigg- an outback legend”,”Tom the Outback Mailman” a Childrens Book and “Mailman of the Birdsville Track : the story of Tom Kruse” will speak about her experiences in writing about two of South Australia's outback legends. Come along and hear her and have the opportunity to talk to her after the meeting and purchase her books for $25 or $30 |

The GUEST SPEAKER will be Club Member Alan Whelan, talking about his experiences as owner of “Airmobile Australia Pty Ltd” who performed aerial power cable installation using helicopters. Come along and hear about this interesting job and watch a short video and ask questions. |
| 14/04/2013 | The April club meeting was held at the Road Safety Centre in the Thebarton Police Barracks and was a huge success. Senior Constable Paul Bryant gave an interesting talk covering lots of relevant topics including vehicle modifications such as lift kits and driving lights, vehicle load limits and trailer/caravan weight limits such as GVM, GCM, GTM, ATM and such confusing things - and I thought you could get money out of the last one). With lots of questions from the club, the talk carried on much longer than was planned but we lapped it up. Thanks Paul for a great evening! |

| 27/03/2013 | Oh Dear!!! The club website was hacked during the last week making it unusable. I have repaired it and think it's all back as it was - let me (Web Coordinator) know of any problems. Let's hope the little so and so's don't reoffend. |
